- Saturday lesson times have now changed, see below for up to date times
- A new class has started on Thursdays 7pm - 8pm for 11 - 18 yrs. This class
is tailored for this specific age group and is part technical, part fitness

How Much
- Session fees are:
- Juniors £3 per person.
- Students £3 per person.
- Seniors £5 per person.

Directions
From the A45 travelling from Coventry to Birmingham, turn left at Wing Wah.
Keep going straight up Broad Lane for one mile, you should see a sign for Woodlands School on the left.
Turn left into Woodlands School, we are in Gym 3
